• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Fincewin, you must meet the requirements below. We carefully review every registration to keep the platform safe and well-regulated.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• All information provided at registration — including name, address, and phone number — must be accurate and truthful.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4Betting Rules

All members are required to follow certain fundamental rules when betting on Fincewin. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except where a cash-out option is available.
• The minimum bet is ৳20 and the maximum bet varies by market and event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Fincewin reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Odds in live betting change continuously — the odds at the time of placement are final.
• In an accumulator bet, if one outcome is void, the odds will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fincewin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% match on your first deposit — up to ৳5,000.
• Bonuses generally require a wagering requirement of 5x to 20x before they can be used.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must complete registration and make their first deposit.

6Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Fincewin platform in order to maintain security and fairness. Violations may result in permanent account closure.

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Fincewin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Members may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time.

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Accounts may be declared inactive due to extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• Members who wish to close their account must submit a request to the support team.
• Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded.
• Self-Exclusion requests will be processed and activated within a maximum of 48 hours.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Fincewin believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a burden. We are fully committed to responsible gaming.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Activating a cooling-off period will suspend all betting activity for the specified duration.
• Upon requesting Self-Exclusion, accounts can be closed for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

• Members will be notified at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect.
• For minor changes, a notice posted on the website is sufficient.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
